Over 2 hours, you’ll be guided through meditation, a heart-centering, all-levels yoga flow, and a structured writing session designed to help you move inward with greater ease as we shift into autumn. This workshop blends yoga and writing as tools for grounding and discovery. Together we’ll move the body, quiet the mind, and draw creative energy from deep within. After our writing session, you’ll be invited to share your writing aloud. You’ll leave feeling grounded, creatively recharged, and connected to your own inner wisdom as we move into the darker months.
